EEO Policy

This Company believes that all persons are entitled to equal employment opportunity and does not discriminate against its employees or applicants because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation or physical handicap. Equal employment opportunity will be extended to all persons in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including recruitment, hiring, upgrading, training, promotion, transfer, discipline, layoff, recall and termination.

In fact, a better word to illustrate our philosophy is "fairness". Fairness requires that we address the unique needs of each individual, while maintaining a consistent approach and respect for the right of others.

At our stations, fairness is fundamental to the way the Company believes its human resources should be managed. It assures that, although individuals differ in ability, all are afforded an equal opportunity to contribute to their maximum.

We all know that talent is distributed without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation or physical handicap. How much of that talent is productive and in what manner, varies depending upon the opportunities and incentives afforded by an individual. We believe that individuals with the talent and desire to be successful will find that the environment here encourages them to develop their skills.
